Life Coaching
If you have a goal in mind, life coaching is a great place to start. Through the 5 C's of coaching (connection, clarity, commitment, challenge and change) we'll create a roadmap to get you where you want to be.

Compassionate Inquiry
The Compassionate Inquiry approach (developed by Dr Gabor Maté) helps you peel back the layers of past trauma so you can understand your emotions and patterns, and develop an authentic relationship with yourself.

Guided Meditations
I offer personalized guided meditations (in groups or one-to-one) to help you drop out of the daily overwhelm, quieten your mind, tune into the present moment and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
Questions people ask:
How do I know what service I need?
That depends on where you are and where you want to go. If you have a specific goal or your a clear about what you would like to change, then coaching may be the best approach. If you are looking to explore the why behind your challenges and patterns, then Compassionate Inquiry is a good place to start. I usually use both approaches in our sessions because the blocks to change often lie in past trauma. During our introduction call, we can discuss your needs and objectives, and choose the most relevant way forward.
What are these sessions?
A 60-minute space to explore what's happening beneath the surface and begin to find yourself again. Not sure whether you want coaching, Compassionate Inquiry or meditation? No problem. We can explore what you might need during a free, no obligation introduction call.

Who are these sessions for?
I work with people who hold too much – that can manifest as anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, a general sense of un-ease, a lack of mojo/va-va-voom/joie-de-vivre, a difficulty with addictive patterns (such as doom-scrolling or chaotic eating), a tendency to procrastinate, low self-esteem and relationship difficulties. We work together to make sense of what lies beneath the surface so you can reconnect with your true self and get on with living your life fully.

How can these sessions help?
These sessions are a place to explore what is going on for you at the moment. We might look into patterns that keep repeating, a challenge you're currently facing, a recurring thought or old trauma. A combination of Compassionate Inquiry therapy and coaching strategies will help you peel back the layers and gain a clear understanding of yourself. From that place, change becomes truly possible.

What is Compassionate Inquiry?
Compassionate Inquiry (CI) is a therapeutic modality developed by Dr. Gabor Maté, a world-renown physician and author with over 50 years clinical experience. CI works by gently uncovering the unconscious beliefs from the past that are making your life difficult today. The approach is empowering, co-creative and collaborative, focused around the idea that the answers are within you. As you let go of old blocks, identities and narratives, you can reconnect with your authentic self and create the life you want to live. If you'd like to read more about the CI approach, I've written a blog post about it here.

How many sessions do I need?
This depends on what you would like to explore. As a general rule, I recommend between 5 and 10 sessions as this will give us enough time to really look at what is present for you and how to navigate it without rushing. My goal is to get you ready to leave therapy and travel under your own steam as quickly as is comfortable.

How will I know when I'm better?
This is hard to say categorically because balance looks and feels different for everyone, but you will know. Life will feel easier to hold, you will be able to stay present when something triggers you, you will reconnect with your va-va-voom and joie de vivre, you will feel a quiet sense of inner strength, purpose, and self-knowledge.

Can I come back?
You are always welcome. Some of my clients return a few months after completing a course of sessions as part of a maintenance strategy, or to keep up with their self-reflection and inner work.

What is it like working with me?
Our sessions are collaborative, gently curious, sometimes playful, and always judgement-free. All emotions are welcome.
