Meet Melanie
Certified Life Coach & Healthy Lifestyle Mentor
You don't have to know exactly what's wrong to start therapy. Maybe you feel a bit lost, overwhelmed, burnt-out, out of sync, not yourself.
I help people turn those vague heavy feelings into words, and those words into understanding. Clients describe therapy with me as gently curious, grounded, compassionate, collaborative and occasionally playful.
I'm an accredited health coach with experience in somatic work and Compassionate Inquiry therapy. If you would like to begin exploring what's going on beneath the surface, break out of old patterns, and find yourself again, get in touch.

Testimonials
I expected a food-coach. But I got so much more! I felt that I could be open, Mel really listened to me. No matter what I told her, she always knew how to help or what to say.

In a year and a half, I have learned so much about myself and have grown emotionally, have seen improvements in my nutrition, diet, and stress management. Mel has guided me in finding my wellness rhythm and loving myself again.
- Roland R.
Before I started the sessions with Mel I felt lost, unhappy and disappointed in myself. I have been struggling with emotional eating and extreme IBS symptoms for many years and I was confused about my true relationship with food. But, what a beautiful, explorative journey it has been! I felt understood and listened to, and I could really be myself during the sessions. She managed to create a safe space where judgment does not exist and where there was so much room for laughter as well.

I had the privilege of being guided by Melanie in Compassionate Inquiry sessions. The experience was both empowering and humbling, allowing me to become more present in my body and explore my inner depths with better awareness. Melanie's deep compassion and genuine love creates a safe and nurturing space for exploration. Her guidance has been instrumental in my journey, and I am grateful for the insights and growth I have achieved through her sessions.
